MULTI-PROFESSIONAL COACHING

For GPNs, AHPs & ARRS within SWL Primary Care:

• Wanting to become a coach

• Wanting to receive coaching

6 sessions are available for each coachee to attend with their chosen coach.

Sessions are completed at the convenience of both the coach and coachee.

Those new to delivering coaching sessions will be placed on a free ILM5 coaching course, details HERE.

The coach will receive compensation for their time at a rate of £40 per hour, and there will be no cost to the coachee.

Coaches can claim up to a total 2 hours per session which includes admin and preparation work alongside the coaching session.

Once an application is completed, the ICSS team will be in touch to match and introduce both coach and coachee.

• Setting personal and professional goals

• Developing clinical expertise, where relevant

• Work-life balance and self-care

• Career development and progression

• Enhancing patient engagement

• Professional identity and advocacy
