Is it confidential?

Yes. What you discuss stays between you and your coach. Your employer isn't told what you bring to a session.

 

Does my practice need to pay?

No. The programme is fully funded — there's no cost to you or to your practice.

 

Who are the coaches?

Trained, independent coaches from a range of professional backgrounds. They're not part of your management line.

 

How long does each session take?

Usually around an hour, spaced to suit you. Most people space their six sessions over several months.

Do I need a specific goal first?

No. Plenty of people start with "something isn't working" and use the first session to make sense of it.

Can I do it in work time?

That's between you and your practice. Sessions can be arranged around clinics, including evenings where a coach offers them.
