CLINICAL RESOURCES

Wandsworth Public Health are working in partnership with Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) to provide a training offer to support clinical staff within GP surgeries with the subdermal implants and intrauterine devices Letter of Competence (LoC). CLCH deliver the Integrated Sexual Health Service (ISH) based at Falcon Road, Clapham Junction. CLCH clinicians are highly experienced in the fitting and removal of LARC devices and are qualified to provide training and support for clinicians undertaking the LoC. The offer is aimed at GP surgeries who are contracted to deliver the LARC LCS and wish to support their clinical staff to obtain the LoC. Please note that the training offer provided by CLCH extends only to the supervisory component of the LoC. All other requirements of the LoC including online learning and examination and associated fees will need to be undertaken independently of this offer.
