THE PENTATHLON PROGRAMME

The Pentathlon programme, developed by SWL ICB, is a general health and wellbeing programme designed to promote and maintain good health and wellbeing through five individual sessions that focus on diet, nutrition, sleep, exercise, and emotional wellbeing. This programme has been proven to be effective in helping people become and stay healthy and well.


This project has been developed and designed in partnership and under the direction of the LTCs team to support Pentathlon sessions (H&WBC sessions) Lunch & Learns, comms & event support.
