Integrated Care System (ICS) Inductions

Over the past few years, we’ve been delivering online ICS Induction sessions to staff across South West London’s Primary Care, Community Services, and the Voluntary Sector.

​

These interactive sessions are designed to help staff understand how the SWL ICS works to deliver joined-up health and social care. They offer a clear overview of the SWL landscape, highlighting key priorities and the innovative initiatives in place to improve patient outcomes, health, and wellbeing.

Developed in collaboration with the SWL ICS, the content is tailored to support both new and existing staff as well as system partners, in building a shared understanding of the region’s integrated care approach and the collective efforts driving positive change.

In addition to inductions, these sessions can be adapted to serve as Career Support workshops, ideal for those exploring opportunities in Primary Care or considering a career change.

 

These 1.5 - 2-hour online sessions can focus on entry routes into Primary Care, raising awareness of the wide range of roles available and how local people can access them. Guest speakers representing specific roles share insights through 'A Day in the Life' talks, offering real-world perspectives and inspiration.
