The ICS Induction sessions are delivered monthly via MS Teams and are available to all SWL staff working across Primary Care, Community Services and the Voluntary Sector.

These sessions aim to explain how the ICS delivers integrated Health and Social Care across SWL. They also provide an overview of the SWL landscape, along with the various initiatives implemented to enhance patient health and wellbeing.

This project has been collaboratively developed and designed with the support of the SWL ICS. Its purpose is to assist staff and system partners in understanding the ICS priorities and the interventions in place to achieve them.
