Module 4 of the Rooted Mindful Movement & Holistic Wellbeing sessions on Thursday mornings with a focus on Emotional wellbeing, led by Amy Rumball.
The Mindful Movement & Holistic Wellbeing Sessions help you build a healthier and more balanced life. Each week, Amy will facilitate a 30 minute Mindful Movement exercise session based on gentle stretching, followed by a Holistic Wellbeing Power Hour to explore a range of wellness practices. The sessions provide simple, actionable steps to help you find balance. By the end of the programme, you'll have a personal toolkit of practical habits for lasting change.
