Join a 4-week series of 90-min online sessions combining Mindful Movement stretches with a practical Holistic Wellbeing Power-Hour. By booking, you’re committing to the full block.


The Rooted Movement and Wellbeing Programme is for community leaders, small charity leaders, and their staff and volunteers who live or work in and around West London and South-West London.


Module 3 of the Rooted Mindful Movement & Holistic Wellbeing sessions on Thursday mornings with a focus on wellbeing of the spirit, led by Amy Rumball.

The Mindful Movement & Holistic Wellbeing Sessions help you build a healthier and more balanced life. Each week, Amy will facilitate a 30 minute Mindful Movement exercise session based on gentle stretching, followed by a Holistic Wellbeing Power Hour to explore a range of wellness practices.
