Life Reworked is a skills, health and employment support programme helping economically inactive residents across Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth take their next step towards work, training or volunteering. It supports people who may be out of work, managing long‑term health conditions, balancing caring responsibilities or facing other barriers to employment.

Connect to Work
Connect to Work is a voluntary supported‑employment programme that helps residents in Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond and Sutton by providing personalised, one‑to‑one support to find suitable work, stay employed and build confidence in the workplace. It supports people who are disabled, managing long‑term health conditions, or facing complex barriers to work, including those already in employment but at risk of losing their job.
The programme offers:

Skills Bootcamps
Skills Bootcamps are flexible training programmes (up to 16 weeks) that help adults develop sector‑specific skills that employers are looking for. They offer a fast route into a new industry or progression within a current career, with a guaranteed job interview at the end. They are open to adults aged 19+ living in England , whether unemployed, employed, self‑employed or returning to work.
