CAREERS SESSIONS

2-hours online sessions on entry routes in to Primary Care.

The aim of these sessions is to raise awareness of the expanding workforce and roles in Primary Care. By widening access, we can support local people in to local jobs, ensuring Primary Care is representative of the diverse communities we live in.

• Making sense of Primary Care

• Primary Care landscape, PCNs, ICS, population health

• The roles - additional roles reimbursement scheme (ARRS)

• Finding work - places to look

• Volunteering as route to work experience

• A day in the life of specific roles
